I love your clothing and want to be an Ambassador!

We are excited that everyone wants to be a member of Team EQUO. However due to the fact that our Ambassadors and Champions are an integral part of our design process, we request that you fill out an application. You can learn about current Team EQUO representatives, as well as, apply to the family on our Team EQUO page. Someone from EQUO will respond in a few days to your request. Thanks for the understanding.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We are in the business of selling clothing not shipping packages. We try to reduce our shipping costs at all opportunities and pass those savings on to you when we can.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards, and various technology based payments like ApplePay for example. At this time we can’t accept tacos, or other forms of food (though our CEO would gladly take the tacos).

How long will delivery take?

All depends. We typically ship in stock items out within 24 hours of your order. The only day we do not ship is Sunday (not our choice its just none of our carrier partners ship that day). Once your item leaves our warehouse it is out of our control.

I don't see product X on your store?

We are currently working on several other additions to our line, if you don’t see something that you would want, chances are we are already working on it. Sign up for our newsletter in the footer section of this page to get exclusive information on our upcoming products! We will be releasing more information over the next few months, after our Ambassador’s and scientists give us the go ahead!

I don't like secrets. I need to know now!

That was more of a demand then a question. Unfortunately for you we really can’t talk about our current secrets as much as we want to right now. Rest assured if you sign up for our newsletter you will be the first to know.

I love your products but I really prefer a full seat. Why is full seat not an option?

We understand your desire for a full seat. We are working to accommodate everyone’s preference.

Many athlete’s that have tried our current line that normally would never wear something without a full seat are amazed at our extended grip. They don’t realize after getting in the saddle that our current offering is not a full seat.

That being said we are exploring options for a full seat, but we currently do not have a timeline. The EQtek grip is so grippy that we need to modify it for a full seat. We say “no” more often then we say “yes” to designs and prototypes. Until we get it perfect it will not be released.

We humbly ask you to give our current offering a try. We are confident that you will love them and we offer a 30 day return policy no questions asked should you not absolutely fall head over heals.

I don't ride to compete / I don't ride a horse at all.

Whether you compete in a discipline or just ride for pleasure our clothing is the most comfortable items you can put on. Many of our fans don’t even ride at all. The comfort and the style of our clothing was designed for every day wear. If you love your four legged friends you can rock our gear anytime. Trust us, once you try on anything we have created you won’t want to take it off.
